The challenge
Bará approached Portinos with the need to elevate their brand as the company prepared to expand into new product lines and markets. Although they had begun developing their brand internally, they lacked a professional identity system and cohesive strategy.
One of their main challenges was how to clearly separate and communicate with two distinct audiences: end consumers interested in decorative home products, and construction professionals seeking technical solutions for large-scale projects. The absence of visual hierarchy, segmentation, and unified messaging risked creating confusion and limiting their growth potential.
