We partnered with Iron Glass as a long-term digital partner to build and evolve the platform supporting its international expansion. Since 2023, we have designed, developed, and maintained their corporate website, which has grown alongside the business and now operates across nine markets with localized content by country and language.

Our work extends beyond the initial launch. We continuously maintain and evolve the platform, adding new markets, content, and integrations while adapting the structure as the operation becomes more complex and expands into new regions.

Overview

We partnered with Iron Glass as a long-term digital partner to build and evolve the platform supporting its international expansion. Since 2023, we have designed, developed, and maintained their corporate website, which has grown alongside the business and now operates across nine markets with localized content by country and language.

Our work extends beyond the initial launch. We continuously maintain and evolve the platform, adding new markets, content, and integrations while adapting the structure as the operation becomes more complex and expands into new regions.

The challenge

Iron Glass needed a platform capable of supporting its growth over time, both technically and in terms of communication. Each stage of expansion introduces new requirements: adding countries, translating content, updating distributor networks, and maintaining a flexible structure capable of supporting operations across multiple, diverse markets.  

The platform had to absorb this growth while maintaining performance and quality and remain active market by market. Additionally, the Iron Glass team needed the ability to make frequent updates independently, with technical support available for more complex changes.  

Our solution

Long-term strategic partnership

We worked as a continuous partner in the evolution of the platform, through an ongoing improvement process that adapts to the changing needs of the business as expansion progresses.

Scalable platform

We designed and developed a robust and flexible Webflow foundation, built from the start to grow; supporting new sections, dynamic content, and integrations while maintaining performance and stability.

Multi-market architecture by country

We structured the platform with dedicated versions per country (Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Guatemala, Brazil, United States, Germany, Ukraine, and Israel), each with its own content, distributor network, and local contact details.

Multilingual system & market selection

We implemented a multi-language system (Spanish, English, Portuguese, German, Hebrew, and Ukrainian), featuring an entry screen where users select their country and access the corresponding version of the site, complemented by browser language detection. Each market has its own URL, strengthening regional positioning.

Updated distributor network

We carried out a comprehensive update of Iron Glass’s distributor directory, consolidating contact details, branches, and locations to provide a clearer and more reliable user experience.

Multimedia content integration

We integrated institutional and product videos throughout the platform, strengthening the communication of solutions and overall value proposition.

Continuous content evolution

We supported the client in the ongoing update of the platform, including:

  • New sections and product lines
  • Content updates
  • Translations across all site languages
  • Expansion of distributor networks by country
  • Updates to institutional information
